An incorrect application pool is associated with the virtual directories that are used by ActiveSync. news click ok and restart IIS Admin Service (warning will disconnect clients) to be sure!   Hope it works out for you too!

Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly. I have no idea how to solve it. I also tired change the settings of IPHONE (push, fetch, etc,)but still same thing. I would be glad if you have recommendation for such issue.
