As I recall, the legacy ntfs driver had no stable write support and was largely abandoned when it turned out ntfs-3g was significantly more stable and secure. I was able to delete the folder that I couldn't previously delete. only suggestion might be to use Windows and see what it makes of it ...... Unless you are familiar with Linux fsck and how to use it then you will need to reformat and re-install. All I can suggest is that you never use ENTER+ESCAPE to reboot your EV3 (why are you doing that?).
