To do this select the 'Virtual machine' menu item in parallels when your VM is running, select 'Reinstall Parallels Tools'. No mouse, no way to reload Parallel tools as some posts have recommended. You can't get to the actual VM because your Parallels tools are trying to load and crashing your loader's intentions.
