This is the accepted answer. When I run a checkvob -pool no problems are reported. The same problem exists if I use another view. The view storage area has a subdirectory called .identity (In UNIX. Check the registry server and view server has enough space. If this is not the problem check all directories up to root that the view have acess to them.
I have tried ct -verall and there's no mismatch between the MVFS and the other modules. Here are the known issues: The vob is located in "e:\clearcase_storage\Vobs\System_Foundation.vbs\db."
