Unexpected Error In Passenger Cannot Spawn Application

sh: crash-watch: not found This error occurs on about 50% of the apache reloads, but not every time this error occurs results in the socket missing. Already have an account? When this happened I think I then wasn't even able to restart it properly and had to brutally kill -9 all nginx processes... The crash is probably caused by the way we handle system call interruptions. Currently running Apache 2.2.8 and Passenger 3.0.5. Thank you. This was fairly easy to identify by reading the backtrace provided in the error_log: *** Exception Errno::ENOENT in spawn manager (No such file or directory - /var/www/projects/config/environment.rb) (process 9534) It's somewhat It seemed to happen randomly during log rotation, so the quick and dirty fix was to switch the log rotate script to restart apache instead of reloading it.

A manual scan through the master commits since 3.0.0 didn't show any obvious fix. On what operating system?
